After capturing an amazing destination wedding in California I took the long flight from San Francisco to Hong Kong to capture Edward and Rachel's wedding at the Marco Polo Hotel in Hong Kong.
After photographing Edward and Rachel's destination pre wedding photography in Paris and London I knew how easy they were going to be to work with and how great the day was going to be. I have photographed weddings in Asia before and knew all about the groomsmen humiliation rituals that take place and they are always so much fun. The idea is that the groom and his entourage need to prove they are worthy to see the bride by undertaking a series of embarrassing tasks.
Once access had been gained the tea ceremonies started and this was followed by the wedding ceremony itself and the banquet which took place at the beautiful Marco Polo Hotel in Tsim Sha Tsui.
